Terms of use

Using this site. By using southsidedigital.com you agree to these terms.

Information only. Content here is general information, not advice tailored to your business.

Prices. The prices on my website are what you pay for the scope described there, in Australian dollars, including any GST. Anything outside that scope is quoted in writing before I start. Prices may change, but never after you've accepted a written quote.

Offers. Any special offer states who it's for, its limit and its closing date where it's offered. I honour it as stated and don't extend it.

Projects. Every project is covered by a separate written agreement. If anything on this site differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.

Google. Google Business Profile is a free product from Google. My fees are for my time. Southside Digital isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Content and client work. Site content is © Ashton Pooley, trading as Southside Digital. Client names and trade marks belong to their owners. Client work is shown with the client's permission or as a factual record of work I did. If you'd like yours removed, email me and I'll take it down within 24 hours.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms or my agreements limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including refunds where the law provides them.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for loss arising from use of this website.

Privacy. See my privacy policy.
